How to make chicken Tikka leg or Chest Piece
Chicken tikka piece is complete diet and can be eaten with
fries and breads
Ingredients:
1. Leg or chest piece
2. Three spoon yogurt
3. Lemon juice one spoon
4. Tikka masala buy from the Pakistani
or indian, or Bangladeshi grocery shop near you
5. Half quarter spoon of salt
6. Chili powder half quarter spoon or ½
of half quarter spoon if you don’t like spicy
7. Half spoon of tikka masala
8. One skewer
9. Charcoal

Method:
1. Make little cuts on the chest of leg
piece
2. Put chilli powder, salt tikka masala,
lemon juice, yogurt, and quarter spoon of garlic past
3. Mix it very well and marinate it. Put
in the fridge for one to two hours
4. Now burn the charcoal and put the
tikka pice on the charcool container you can use any steel container to burn
and use as to grill the piece it’s the good way to make tikka at home. But
there should be a little space between charcool and skewer
5. Grill it for 25 to 30 mintues for
good results and keep moving its sides but don’t burn it keep using little
brush and oiling after five minutes.

tikka when it start cooking
7. Done you tasty tikka piece is ready to be served, now do serve to yourself or friends with smile and enjoy chicken breast or leg piece with family good luck.
