1. He has been studying in this college for ten years. وہ دس سال سے اس کالج میں زیر تعلیم ہے۔

 

1. You have not been working hard.  آپ نے محنت نہیں کی۔

2. Have you been reading this book?  کیا آپ یہ کتاب پڑھ رہے ہیں؟

3. Has he been looking after you?  کیا وہ آپ کی دیکھ بھال کر رہا ہے؟

 

Use of since or for :

since and for used for mentioning time

1. It has been raining since morning.  صبح سے بارش ہو رہی ہے۔

2. He has been reading this article for ten years. وہ دس سال سے یہ مضمون پڑھ رہا ہے۔

3. Has he been reading this article for ten years?  کیا وہ دس سال سے یہ مضمون پڑھ رہا ہے؟
