Making traditional old chicken pieces is a lot of fun and it reminds us of the memories of our ancestors and the way they used to cook these chicken pieces. Let's start!




Ingredients:

1.     Half kg maida or flour

2.     Half quarter spoon of baking powder

3.     Leg or chest piece

4.     One teaspoon of salt but you can add less according to your taste.

 

              Metghod of making:

1.     Take a bowl and put half kg flour and add baking powder and salt and mix it well. If you want bit spicy then add some chili powder up to one spoon or half spoon. 

2.     Now Deep fry on 130-degree chest or leg piece before coating in any deep fryer such as a Chinese west point fryer or any. Because we want to make sure there is no blood remains in the piece. Fry the piece for 6 to 7 minutes.

3.     Now take out the half fried piece and dip into water.

4.     After dipping into water throw the piece into the flour bowl and with hand put flour on it.

5.     Now again dip into water and again put into flour bowl and gently take it out

6.     Now put the oil fryer on 13o cg and fry for at least ten to 12 mint

7.     Yep all done your crispy old traditional piece is ready now serve to your guest.
